Refund Policy

Drafted Division Refund Policy

  • Players are eligible to receive a full refund if request is made before the date of the tryout/draft.
  • Requests made after the draft, but no later than 1 week following the draft will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given after 1 week following the draft.
  • Appeals can be made to the Elect Board after that date.
  • Refunds do not include credit card processing fees.
  • If RegSaver insurance is purchased refund requests must go through RegSaver.

AAA Intact Division Refund Policy

  • Teams are eligible to receive a full refund if request is made before February 15th.
  • Requests made after February 15th will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given starting March 1st.
  • Appeals can be made to the Elect Board after that date.
  • Refunds do not include credit card processing fees and will be made via check.
